All prices on our site are quoted in US dollars. We are happy to accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or your personal check. If you choose to pay by personal check, shipment of your order will be held until your check clears.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (813) 989-3993 for a return authorization PRIOR to retrning your purchase. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price minus any shipping charges. We are unable to accept returns on books, patterns, DVD's and software packages.

Most items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. We do add an additional $.65 for a confirmation number for you to track your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please indicate in the comment field if you would like to have insurance added to your shipment.

Actual shipping charges will be adjusted on your invoice.
